It was close to all the iconic places in Florence. Also easy to walk to the train station.

Beat hostel I’ve stayed in so far- more like a hotel!! The hostel is huge, with another building next to it for extra rooms which was where I stayed. There is a free swimming pool and sauna, and an area downstairs to wash your clothes. There is an upstairs terrace with an unreal view of Florence, along with a downstairs bar and restaurant area next to the pool. The restaurant and drinks were decently priced- I ate there twice during my stay and all the staff members were so friendly. The hostel is a short drive from the airport and is in a good location with everything else being walkable. The room was so clean with cleaners coming round every day, and the bathroom was spotless. I stayed in a female dorm as a solo traveller and felt so safe the whole time, even walking around the city at night.
