I had a very pleasant stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Florence. The location was excellent — only about a 5–6 minute walk from the city centre, which made it very convenient.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. When I arrived, they kindly offered me cold water, which was a lovely touch after travelling. They were also very helpful when I checked out and allowed me to leave my luggage there and stay in the lobby with my friends for a few hours before leaving.
As a woman travelling alone, I felt very safe and comfortable both in the hotel and in the surrounding area. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The food was also good.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would happily stay here again!
There wasn’t really anything major that I disliked during my stay. One small thing I noticed was that there were no slippers in the room, which would have been a nice addition. Also, the air conditioner could use some cleaning and maintenance so that it works more efficiently. However, the cooling was generally fine and this did not cause any significant inconvenience.

It was close to the main attractions.. Just a few minutes walk to the duomo also..Breakfast was also worth the money!
