The staff were friendly, always helpful and professional. The garden area was a fantastic location to enjoy breakfast and then a drink before dinner. The location was easy to access and close to public transport.

Location, very friendly staff with lots of advice about the area. Breakfast was nice.
Rooms nicely appointed however, the rooms aren't functional for touring as we were..meaning no room for suitcases and toiletries. Other than that we cant fault.

I liked the style and the peaceful ambiance.
The bed was too hard for me.
Would have been better, if there was opportunity to have some kind of room service or snack.

I liked the hotel in terms of location and overall appearance, but the experience did not fully meet my expectations.
I paid extra for access to the spa, but we were unable to use it because a reservation had to be made in advance. This requirement was not mentioned beforehand, and the latest available time was 9:00 PM.
I also paid for breakfast, but we could not enjoy it because it only started at 8:00 AM, while in most places breakfast is available as early as 6:00 AM.
