We enjoyed a lot our stay at Il Magnifico Firenze. The accommodation is warm and cozy. Rooms are spacious and cleans, beds are super comfortable and towels smell lavender.
Location is really good, peaceful but still close to the city centre plus there is a tram line just few steps outside the door.
Esmeralda is super friendly and welcoming, she gave us a lot of information regarding places to visit and eat.

Perfectly located, in a safe neighbourhood very close to historical landmarks. Cozy, quite spacious for Europe, clean, AC works, good ventilation. Extremely friendly and professional staff.
As most of properties in Florence - very old.

The place is in a perfect, very central location, with easy access to the train, tram and bus. Esmeralda was incredibly kind and welcoming when we arrived. She showed us around the property, gave us some great tips on getting around the city, recommended some tourist spots, and even suggested a restaurant - which was really good, by the way!
The rooms were the perfect size for our stay and, most importantly, absolutely spotless. A special shout-out to the housekeeper - everything was incredibly clean and well maintained.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

A perfect spot for holidaymakers that like easy access to the city centre with the peace and beauty of being slightly out of the busy busy streets.
