Room was large, clean, good A/C, quiet, perfect for families! Great location, walkable to all sites. Reception was super friendly and very helpful with our late check in.
Daughter said her pillow was too hard and too thin.

Staff is excellent, super friendly. Location is great, right in heart of Florence. Breakfast is okay.
Our room faced the street and the street noise goes until late in the night. Street is very touristy and there are many shops in both sides of the street. Bedrooms have the barely minimum - not charming or recently renovated.
