Location, decoration, staff
Listing was not clear that breakfast is not actually on site. Housekeeping was not as attentive to details as they could be (didn’t restock sugar, shampoo, etc)
6 / 10Average·Aug 2026
Staff is excellent, super friendly. Location is great, right in heart of Florence. Breakfast is okay.
Our room faced the street and the street noise goes until late in the night. Street is very touristy and there are many shops in both sides of the street. Bedrooms have the barely minimum - not charming or recently renovated.
