The Frame Hotel was a great location within walking distance of the train station. We were also within walking distance of museums, shops, and restaurants. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the air conditioning as the temperatures were above 100F during our visit.

The location, the art, the staff, unlimited refills of cold water (upstairs). Walking distance to train and Duomo.
Extremely small room, when opening window for airflow, smelt like someone was right outside of the window smoking.
