This is our third time returning to this wonderful hotel.
The room is spacious, beautiful, and pleasant, with a very comfortable, wide bed. It is also very quiet (and I am highly sensitive to noise). The staff at the reception are very kind and genuinely eager to ensure a great experience for their guests. The breakfast is exceptionally rich and varied, offering a huge range of options. They provide excellent, diverse choices for those with celiac disease—truly going above and beyond. The staff in the dining room are attentive, providing very kind and pleasant service. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to all the beautiful spots in Florence.
We will definitely be back for a fourth visit.
Thank you very very much!!!

Excellent reception staff - always helpful, friendly and efficient. A good breakfast and consistent wifi. Great location. Loved the guide book written for the hotel. A very comfortable bed.
The room itself seemed clean but there was a thick build up of dust on the top front of the pelmet drapery. I had some horrible insect bites on my face and eye lid which were discovered the first morning. Not sure if stay here again due to this.
