The staff were well versed in proper attention to their guests, and seemed to have a natural talent for hospitality. The design and furnishings of my room were beautiful, functional, and pleasing. The staff were pleasant, helpful, and efficient. One could feel their dedication to the comfort of their guests. The location was perfect, less than half a block from the Piazza del Duomo. A nice assortment of excellent cafes and restaurants were within close proximity. A boxed breakfast/brunch was delivered to my door every morning, fresh and delicious. I absolutely adored everything about Palazzo Ruspoli, and I am very particular.
Everything was wonderful! I can't imagine how my experience in the Palazzo Ruspoli could have been better!
