Clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful. Ideally centred to walk around Florence.
You can’t really swim in the pool it’s not big enough

This hotel is fantastic with large, modern rooms including the bathroom and closet. The curtains completely black out and the beds are super comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating especially at the front desk and the bar. The breakfast that is included is delicious. The spa is delightful and the location is central. I would definitely return!

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The garden area was very chill. You didn’t feel like you were in a city hotel at all. Will definitely recommend.

Nice courtyard
Spa didn’t work on both times we went, AC in the room only worked half the time, breakfast was mediocre, room was just OK.
