Good location, very clean & modern.
The staff were so lovely & accomodating nothing was too much trouble
The breakfast was very good.
As it was on the fourth floor, we had to use the lift which was very small, but this would not stop me booking at this Hotel when we come back to Florence

The room was spacious. The breakfast on the terrace was terrific! We loved having so much fresh fruit.
It was a little awkward to go up and down the stairs for the room and to access the elevator.

Central location, next to train station
Calling this repurposed old apartment building a hotel is a stretch. Lackluster accommodations, especially for the money being charged.
