I like that the propertie is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Florence. The people are very friendly at the front desk and very helpful.
The breakfast was mediocre. They need some more choices. The scrambled eggs were cold and not very tasty. There is no heat currently on in the hotel so they brought me a heater and my electricity kept going out .
the room that my friends were staying in had carpeting and they should change that to tile overall the price is good.
The bed is very hard, and the blankets are very itchy. They need a nice comforter for the beds. I asked for a few more bottles of water as I am staying six days and they told me I am only allowed to complementary the first day. I am here.
