Very beautiful and super close to the center, most importantly the Duomo. Just not in the crowded area which’s a plus. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful till the last moment. Their restaurant Benedicta is top tier, well balanced dinner dishes and lovely atmosphere.

The room was lovely and spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection.
The pool could do with some maintenance and renovation but otherwise good.

Closeness to the centre and main tourist spots.
Our room was in the garden. Although it had plenty of space, downstairs had a funny smell and the shower was also downstairs. The spa pool was very welcome on a hot day but it is very tired and in need of an upgrade.
