Warm welcome, superb curated vintage collection to admire, beautiful room, perfect location. We had one very disturbed night thanks to a seriously antisocial fellow guest - a situation dealt with promptly and effectively by our host. Would definitely like to stay here again. One word sums it up - class.

Had a wonderful stay, very welcoming and hospitable. Drinks, directions, suggestions all provided upon arrival and during the whole stay. Perfect basecamp for exploring the city, and quick walk to everything. Balcony room was great, with views of the bustling city. Piazza Goldoni can be a busy intersection with a constant flow of traffic and people but that’s part of the appeal. But when it gets too hot or noisy, the doors of the room shut out the noise and heat, perfectly. The hosts were very generous with their time and company, wish I had more time to spend with them. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.
Hard to figure out where to enter at first. But a quick page on the intercom, elevator in to the left, and up one floor to the metal gates and you’re in.

The location… close to the river and easily to get around.
I didn’t like my room. It was very small, dark and overly packed with decorative items felt too much … not relaxing .
