The floor was quite dirty. The tiles needed a good clean. There was a small rip in our bed sheet.

The breakfast was lovely everything you need to start the day. The filtered water was great we used it every day.
The curtains blocked out the air conditioning unit at night when pulled on.

Great location, nice comfortable room. Breakfast is ok but not great. Sparkling and still water on tap available to guests very nice touch.
No assistance with getting bags up stairs where elevator doesn’t go - the porter unlocked the luggage storage for us and walked off. The hotel is not easy to find on Google maps.

Good location
Online it said they had hotel shuttle from airport. They did not have this service, which is disappointing as we narrowed our hotel search based on this feature.
