Beautiful high ceilings and wonderful furnishings in an airy tastefully furnished old Florence property. Fabulous location in a part of time with fantastic places to eat, which are better than places more central. Additionally, the fridge is stocked daily with sodas and waters which are free along with daily tea and coffee replenishment. The air conditioning is fantastic. The bathrooms are well stocked with toiletries. In the daytime the staff are available to talk to at any point.
I loved the entire stay but am slightly concerned the rooms are on the fourth floor with only one means of exit if there was a fire at the exit, you’d be trapped but perhaps that my health and safety related job coming into play. Also, I don’t know if it would be financially viable, but some sort of night supervision that isn’t just emergency might be a good idea. Slightly picky but the lift/ elevator is only good for one with luggage or two without luggage, meaning a lot of waiting around whilst the weather is very very hot like now and ascending stairs is uncomfortable by foot. If they changed this lift it would provide better access for less mobile guests but it was sufficient for our needs on the whole.

Spacious rooms. Very large comfortable bed. Great location. Just a 10 minute walk to most attractions. Lots of restaurants and bars around the area. Juat along the river. Easy to get around. Would highly recommend

The picture of the room didn't match what we got. Well, there was a picture of it buried at the end of like 30 pictures, but it is a bit deceptive. We paid for this large suite and we did not get a large suite. It was actually really tiny, so just make sure which room you are getting when you book here.
It could have been more clear what room we were getting. Our room was tiny and we paid for a large suite.
