The most amazing hotel. The staff were great from arrival! We got there before check in, so we were offered a cappuccino and croissant on rooftop bar. The room was lovely with an incredible view of florence and a great breakfast on the rooftop. We loved the location, as it was so walkable to everything we wanted to see and the piazza had such a nice vibe in the evening. Would love to stay again if we come back to florence!

Perfect location, big room, amazing staff who were super attentive, loved the roof bar in the evenings, great vibes and choice of drinks.

The rooms are really big, comfy beds, the decoration is magical it feels like staying in a real Palazzo. I love Lorenzo Villoresi's perfumes and they have his soap and shampoo. The breakfast is in their stunning terrace, with views to the Tuscan countryside and nearby architecture. In the evening the bar is really lively and it's fun to get drinks there. The staff is super friendly and helpful, my partner lost his hat, and when we came back they had looked for it and found it.
The entrance is via a 3rd floor lift, but what can they do!
