The staff were excellent and accommodating. The decor was brilliantly fun. The location could not be better. Had dinner in the rooftop terrace and it too was excellent with great staff and wonderful food.

The decoration, free WiFi, slippers, service staff (breakfast and bedroom cleaners)
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the noise levels day and night from the restaurant/bar on 5th floor as well as the street noise until 1am. We were in a room on 1st floor and could still hear from noises 4 floors up! I am a heavy sleeper and could still hear the kitchen noises. The bedrooms could so with soundproofing.
