The location is great, close to everything yet still quiet at night. The staff were great and very helpful giving us great recommendations.

The location and its closeness to key squares and restaurants with eating places virtually across the laneway from the front door.
The servicing was ok, we had to mop up water from the shower each morning and afternoon, the only soap provided was for hand washing, nothing for shower. It was a good 10 steps to take luggage up to the lift to access the room. There seemed to be dining tables outside the rooms but no breakfast or other meals were on offer. There seemed to be a bar and coffee machine near the reception but not for guest use it would seem.
