The roof top bar views and the staff, especially “ Jackson Heights “ were so nice to us. The breakfast was our best of all stays in Italy, the staff at the front desk took care of our rental car and the Historic Zone tax.
The location, the staff from the roof all the way to the lobby, excellent!

We liked the location, the staff were very helpful with our room change.
Our first room was not comfortable for us however the staff facilitated a room change the next day.

The Hotel is great, walking distance of the Duomo, but yet again, most hotels in Florence are close to everything. The rooms are huge, and gorgeous, we couldn't spend much time due to traveling, but it's a great place.
The rooftop so advertised in the pictures is not very big and it was completely crowded, we couldn't find a table or even a corner to enjoy it, so we couldn't really take advantage of the hottest feature of the hotel. Maybe low season is more enjoyable.
