Staff exceptional, cleanliness, room size and and location excellent
Mattress very uncomfortable so difficlt to get a good nights sleep., Toliet seat broken in two places, however replaced after 2 days when highlighted, to staff. No shelves in shower or near bath to place shower gel, shampoo etc, had to place on floor when used shower or bath. Shaving point in bathroom did not work so nable to recharge shaver or toothbrushes. No english speaking entertainment channels or dubbed in Italian on TV in room, so difficult to watch dring our stay
If investment made into proviing qality mattresses and attention paid to room detail, this could be a gem
