Great place to stay whilst being close to visit city centre.

Central location to main city florence. Easy to pop in and out without having to go very far. All the staff were very friendly especially Mia. The pastries/tarts at breakfast were fresh and tasty. We stayed in the ‘Sofia’ suite which was very spacious with a nice king bed.

We would love to stay there again.

The location and apartment were perfect for us. Roberta was wonderful to talk with and spend time in the evening to ask questions and have a glass of wine. Breakfast was perfect. The nearby restaurants were exactly the type we love. it is also very quiet which was nice.

it is just little tricky to find when arriving after a long flight.

Really very good!!

Marvellous staff!! Very caring and genuine!! Breakfast was superb - with bespoke scrambled eggs!! And fresh blood orange juice!! Marvellous huge room (Sofia)… and with our kids in Edwardo - it was just perfect!!

Unfortunately we have to be honest and say that the beds and pillows were far too hard - which made for a poor night’s sleep…. If you could sort that out - you’d have five stars all the way!!

Fabulous accommodation

Fabulous accommodation which enhanced our Florence experience. We really appreciated the effort Roberta goes to ensuring a superb stay, thank you especially for the time to assist my daughters speaking Italian. A wonderful stay, beautiful rooms, lovely breakfast and great central location, easy walk to everything.

Great stay, would recommend and thank you to helpful staff

Everything! Would recommend to anyone. Apartment was a great size, bathroom was very cramped but apart from that everything else was roomy. We stayed in Dec & they put a Xmas tree in our living space which was a nice touch. Kitchen was equipped with more than enough items, cups, glasses, plates, pans etc so great for a family if you need to prepare any food on site like we did. Roberta was exceptional, so friendly & helpful, I don't think we've ever been looked after so well on a holiday. The location is great, right in the centre. It isn't noisy at all apart from hearing the cathedral bell ring on the hour.

Superb stay in Florence

The place was super clean, spacious, smelled good and everything was so pretty inside. It had all we needed and the host was super helpful and gave us a lot of information about the city and was there any second for everything we asked for. The breakfast was more than enough and delicious. I would definetly recommend it. We loved it. 😄

Central stay in a stunning residence

Very central, only about 20/25 min walk from Santa Maria Novella station. It was even more beautiful, glamorous and stylish than we had imagined..!

This property was wonderful. Roberta who welcomed us at check in was so helpful. The location was perfect. You could walk everywhere. The breakfast was great. All the staff was so welcoming and so friendly! We enjoyed our stay and will def be back and 100 recommend it to anyone

We loved our stay in Florence and The Peruzzi Residence and their staff made it so much better!

The property was in a great location! Walking to all the major sites was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and the residence was very safe and secure. The staff (Marco, Roberta and Denise) couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. Our room, the Oscar suite, was so comfortable and homey. I would definitely stay here again.

One thing needed to be repaired. The shower door was constantly coming off the track.

Wonderful and accommodating staff. Beautiful breakfast buffet.

The Sofia room was spacious, comfortable and charming.

Entrance to the building, especially at night, was hard. They use a security code button entrance which was fine, but once inside the automatic lights were not in sync with our entry which resulted in walking up 2 flights of stairs in the dark. There was a small elevator but it was too dark to use. We were eventually shown where the manual switch was.

When we make it back to Florence, we will stay at Peruzzi again.

Wonderful location, access to washer, accommodating staff, and overall comfort of the facilities

The property was clean and in good shape, but the shower in Oscar would benefit from some additional efforts to remove the stained blacks on the grout. It’s common to see this occur in older bathrooms, but some treatments and/or grout paint would eliminate it.

A wonderful Florence break in unbeatable accommodation

Our stay was everything we hoped for, and more. The staff could not have been more helpful in assisting us to do everything we had planned and suggesting more strong possibilities, the rooms are spacious and lovely and the ancient refurbished palace tower is sited in the midst of Florence so we could easily walk everywhere we wanted to visit. And a great in-house evening tasting wines from the owner’s estate!

The room and the hotel were brilliant, it was very clean and comfortable, it felt like home. The staff was very welcoming and helpful too.

Great experience overall!

Perfect location. Wonderful accommodation, great taste, had the Sofia suite, loved it, beautiful light during the day. Loved the breakfast options. Last but not least, wonderful staff, could not be more friendlier or helpful. Thank you, Roberta & Marina! Will definitely come back. This was the perfect time of the year & place to stay at for our visit to Florence.
