The room and the common space
The breakfast. It started slowly and later than was supposed to be. The gluten free choice very limited considering it is in Italy.

Superb Hotel, wonderful staff so helpful and friendly, very clean and in a great location. Simple but lovely breakfast each morning. If we were to come to Florence again this is where we would stay!

Breakfast had lots of options and declicious. It was central so easily able to return to the room which was airconditioned for an afternoon break in the heat of summer. Sharing a room with my daughter and it was very spacious. We also liked the bathroom - renovated with options of rain shower or wall shower.
A few flights of stairs initially before you reached the elevator but not a big deal.
