Clean room, great location, and the best hospitality you will find in Italy. Carlotta was a phenomenal host by the way she made you feel right at home.
The only small thing I did not like was the stairs at the beginning, but that didn’t matter. The steps to the room was worth it and Carlotta helps you with your suitcases.

Beautiful room, with great amenities, bathroom, fixtures & towels were very nice. Great location to walk anywhere in the city. Our host Carlotta was phenomenal—we really cannot give her enough praise. The airline lost our luggage and it was delayed 24-36 hours at the airport, Carlotta, after bringing us a delicious breakfast and coffee, drove the airport herself and picked up our luggage. It was waiting in our room when we got back. My wife and I had a great experience staying at Borgo!!
The stairs inside the entry are dark at night and it’s hard to see the light switch

The proximity to everything was great and convenient. Bettina was lovely and made us an excellent breakfast each morning
We were happy with everything.

This is one of the most wonderful stays and I will definitely be back! The rooms were beautiful, Carlotta was genuinely the kindest and most helpful host, breakfast was amazing, the check-in process was easy, and I only wish we had more time to stay there.
