As someone who travels constantly for work and, as a result, has stayed in many hotels, I must say that this was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room design, which blends the hotel’s historical and modern elements, is truly beautiful.
The hotel’s location is just a 10-minute walk from almost everywhere in Florence, which makes getting around much less tiring. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained.
However, the most important aspect worth mentioning is the warmth and helpfulness of the hotel staff, especially Engli. This is something you simply won’t find anywhere else, not even in 5-star hotels. Thanks to Engli, we had a wonderful stay in the city we’d been dreaming of for so long.
