Charming hotel in the city center! Our first night was great. We had a second reservation, but unfortunately, they wouldn’t accommodate us, so we found things to do during the gap. Breakfast was okay. AC worked great in this room
The steps in the loft room were quite steep.

The location is perfect- extremely central, yet not too loud or hectic on the street. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help with all of our needs. The junior suite was very luxurious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was top-notch. We would stay at San Firenze Suites again any time! A special thanks to Allessandro. This was our favorite hotel during a two week vacation in Europe spanning numerous properties!
Be sure to email them directly to confirm if you make any changes via Booking.com. We cancelled one of our two rooms on Booking.com and it caused some confusion when the system did not sync.

Location and the first room I booked was great!
Unfortunately, a few things.
After extending stay, they only had one option “ discounted price “ I wish they would’ve mentioned it was in the center of the hotel next to the elevator where you could hear everything! Including my neighbors next-door. The walls were so thin I could hear them breathe!
Housekeeping did not meet basic expectations. I cannot recall a single visit where supplies were refilled correctly—items like soap, lotion, hair caps, and trash removal were repeatedly overlooked.
On one late night return to the room, I still had unresolved housekeeping concerns and had to contact the front desk to bring up some necessary items. Also, breakfast was redundant, especially if you have an extended stay here.
