Beautiful old building with high ceilings in centre of city close to museums. Well appointed and comfortable apartment.
Confusing check in process especially as we were late, due to unforeseen circumstances. Need better instructions on how to access the building and where to go after entry.

The staff, the room and the breakfast.
The parking and vehicle access is impossible. The outside noise is a problem.

We loved our stay! Great location in a 12th century building. Wonderful made to order breakfast. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking in the ZLT. Spacious room. Loved the bathroom with large tub and separate shower. Yummy sandwich shop next door. Private entrance. Must stay!
Nothing everything was perfect.
