The location is incredible- in the very heart of everything. And yet well soundproofed! We slept very well indeed. Huge suite too and very comfortable.

Perfect location right in the Piazza della Signora. Very clean.
Our suite was on the top floor. Lots of steps to climb-not convenient for people who are elderly or have bad knees and lots of luggage. We sure got our exercise lol.
The one thing that was surprising to me was, that none of the windows had a view . The only view was to the house staircase. I know that they do have rooms with the view on the Piazza-so make sure you ask.

Location and room size
It is very noisy and one night we barely slept as it sounded like a nightclub was very close by.
Room was far too warm also
