We had a great stay. The hotel is located in a convenient area, the rooms were beautiful, the staff was so friendly and happy and the breakfast (included) was fantastic. I highly recommend.

We wanted a hotel in the heart of the Florence historic area, and this was perfect. It was a ten minute walk to anything you would want to see. There are plenty of dining options in the area.
The staff was very helpful and spoke exellent English. The breakfast was exellent.
If your plan is to visit historic Florence this is the place to stay

Great hotel - a stand out in Florence! Yummy breakfast, rooms are very nice and staff goes above and beyond. Highly recommend. Was a highlight of our Italy hotel stays!
