Absolutely loved our stay! Location is unbeatable…so close to all major attractions. We would keep coming back to the room in between planned visits to get break from the heat. The room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. And it looked exactly like the picture. I don’t sleep well in hotels but I slept like a champ here. The AC was very effective and the bed and pillow were exceptionally comfy. Our host Lorenzo was super helpful, prompt and attentive.

This is an outstanding place to stay when you’re visiting Florence. Location is phenomenal…central and accessible to everything. The room is very quiet and we never heard any street noise. Air conditioning worked well…no joke since it was 95+ every day we were there. And it has lots of nice touches…like different types of pillows already in the room and a full kitchen with a great coffee setup. I would happily stay here again.
The mattress was a little soft for me, but my wife had no issues.

Bed was broken and was attempted to be fixed.
Did not work.
Host said we would get a refund. It has been over a month and haven’t seen anything.
