paid for it but only had it first day
never stayed in a 5 star hotel where I am expected to pay extra for eggs to be poached never mind am omelette !!! no coffee machine in room only instant !!
stayed for 3 nights paid for deluxe was my birthday and thought they may have given an upgrade even if was just a view

Room is nice.
Breakfast was very uninspiring and not really a 5 star hotel standard.
Location of hotel is ideal.
Staff are not good with English, therefore communication is a problem at times.
Staff at breakfast room look gloomy with no smiles, they are obviously not trained to understand that they are the first people who guests will be seeing, that they need to be more welcoming and friendly.
Car was booked to pick us up at hotel to go to airport, driver was 15 minutes late. There was a traffic accident he was stuck in but he should have aimed for early arrival by 15 minutes anyway, especially if the trip was to catch a flight. No apologies from reception staff, only explanation.
