Extremely Clean, excellent location, beautiful interiors. Rooms were spacious and newly renovated. The smell of the hotel was divine. Staff were very helpful, warm & trustworthy

Breakfast was amazing, as were the staff - especially Ali who did our room and Emanuele from the breakfast room. Great location, everywhere can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.
The hotel has a strange setup where instead of a reception you are checked in at a table with a laptop. The bar and lounge sadly lack atmosphere as the ceilings are super high and so the minimalist designer furniture gets lost and does not fit the space. Other than breakfast we did not use the bar or restaurant for that reason.
The room rate was overpriced given that there is no spa, pool or garden, it is literally a palazzo with 36 rooms that feels half furnished.

The staff was outstanding! Dinner at Guelfi e Ghibellini, the hotel restaurant was fantastico! Extremely helpful and courteous! Iuliana, Larissa and Francesco went above and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable and memorable! Very clean! Enjoyed the piano music! Good location!
The bed was too firm for us.
