EVERYTHING. Near to all the sites in Florence, including the Cathedral. Very helpful staff. Loads of facilities, comfortable bed. Just a brilliant place to stay.

The apartments are amazing! Great location - less than 10 minute walk to the Duomo. A 5 minute walk to the Tram stop to the airport. The bed was comfortable and a big bathroom. Excellent value for money. The staff were extremely helpful. I arranged to post some things for a party to Florence (from Australia) and they were happy to accept it and kept me informed. They also booked hair appointments for us. So grateful and a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful experience: unbeatable location, attentive staff, and the cleanest room I have ever seen in my life—the floors were so well-polished they looked like mirrors! Very comfortable bed. Everything was positive
