The staff greeted us outside the building. They were great! The room was clean and had complimentary drinks and snacks in the fridge. A great experience
My only complaint is the shower. The water pressure was not great, but my main issue was the temperature. It was either too hot or too cold, and whenever I found the perfect temperature, it would start cooling down. A very minor complaint.

Incredible place to stay in Florence. The building feels so majestic and historic but the interiors are modern and renovated. The owner and staff were so lovely and welcoming. The views of the duomo from the bedroom and balcony were so special. Has decent air conditioning. Location is perfect and close to all the main Florence attractions.
