Nautimme vierailustamme Firenzessä erittäin paljon ja asunto oli upea! Kaikki oli uutta ja erittäin siistiä ja terassi oli todella ylellinen lisä kaikkeen! Näkymä Duomolle oli hieno ja vielä parempi kuin kuvista olisi voinut päätellä. Donatella kollegoineen olivat erittäin ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Ilmainen minibaari täydensi kokemusta mukavasti. Grazie mille!

This is a fantastic apartment in a great location and has such an amazing view from the terrace! It is a great size with 2 bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The hosts, Carolina and Donatella, were so friendly, helpful, and communicated well both before and during our stay. There is a small elevator in the building and good A/C which we were so grateful for in the extreme heat!

This is the best place to stay in Florence. Everything was top-notch quality. Very Very helpful staff. Great apartment with a majestic view. We stayed in the apartment with the private balcony. Everything was super clean. The staff was very accomodating. The mini firdge was refilled everyday (which we appreciated very much) and was included in the price we paid.
Cannot recommend this place enough. It is a hidden gem.

Location, felt safe
The description and photos are deceiving. We thought we booked an apartment with an outdoor patio. It is unclear which apartment has what. The bedside shelves are tiny and not very useful. Lighting is not great. Sort of dark.
