Great location, walking distance to everything you need. Decent breakfast. Amazing rooftop views. Beautiful old building.
If WiFi (in your room) and warm/hot showers are non negotiable for you, I wouldn’t recommend. May have been just my room but wifi is better in breakfast area and concierge. Shower water pressure was very weak and Luke warm water only (‘Luke warm’ is generous). Side note: No phone reception in the room either but this was common in most buildings. If you’re a light sleeper, the street is quite noisy at night.

The location was very convenient to everything Florence has to offer. Beautiful decor, great breakfast
On arrival our bed was very uncomfortable and the key stuck in the door so access was uneasy but the staff quickly fixed both problems

The location was excellent, right next to Ponte Vecchio. The breakfast had some great vegan options. The rooftop had nice views of the city and was a good place for an evening drink.
Our aircon didn’t work, so we relied on the fan to keep us cool at night. I did ask for this to be fixed at reception but nothing happened. The aircon/fan unit also blinked an incredibly bright white light all night which kept us awake. The rooms are super clean but the property is very old (part of its charm I guess) but that meant extremely creaky floors and beds. All in all (and aircon aside) it was a nice hotel but definitely NOT worth the £1000 it cost us for 3 nights; I would have expected a lot better for that price!
