I loved everything! The location was fantastic, so stylish and everything was top quality. I would recommend staying here.
Steep stairs to second level were a challenge with the luggage

The location is amazing, it is so unusual to stay at such a historic building in the heart of the city, just 1-2 minutes walk from the Old Bridge! The building is at least 700 years old, yet the apartments are super modern. It is not merely that you stay in Florence's historic center — the building itself is medieval! The stuff is friendly, the rooms are very comfy and clean.
It is a steep climb to the 3rd floor without an elevator. It's not that I didn't like it, I didn't mind at all, but for some people it might be a bit tough. Then again, it allowed the owner to maintain the historic feel and appearance of the building, and people are informed about it before coming, so it is not a problem. If you can climb these historic stairs, you will appreciate the chance to stay in a building that was here at the dawn of Renaissance, a century before Christopher Columbus landed in Americas :)

There is too many flies in the room and there is no elevator and there’s no one help us to carry our luggage and there is no room service and no one in reception all the time
Just the location and the room was big
