The hotel is beautiful, modern, and conveniently located. It is a 15-min walk from the main square, which means that you will not be in the middle of the crowd all the time, and you will find a bunch of restaurants and cafes while still being just a quick pleasant walk from the main attractions. The room is extremely clean, the shower is great and they have galleys with free tea, coffee and water in the floors for guests to use. This made a big difference in summer days cause you can get cold fresh water at all times. The bed is soooo comfortable, sheets are good quality. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel a bit of a walk from the centre of Florence which was fine for us. The room was good and the staff were super helpful when the shower leaked under the shower door. Extra towels sored it out.

Ruby Bea was a perfect stay in Florence. The staff here is off-the-charts friendly, knowledgable, and having the lobby bar / reception open 24/7 is a godsend. The rooms are more modern, and gave us plenty more space than any other location we stayed at in Italy. It's clean, and convenient, with even a bus stop literally right in front of the hotel. For our 3 nights there on our Honeymoon, this location could not have been smoother and easier during our stay. Highly recommend!
If I had to be knit-picky, the location is just a LITTLE more north of the main Florence city activities than you want it to be. That said, we are still talking about only a 15-20 minute walk to most tourist attractions in Florence. And again, there are convenient public transportation options right outside your door if you don't want to walk. A good thing about it being not in the heart of everything -- sleep is totally doable because it's peaceful and quiet by Ruby Bea!

The lobby area is cute
The room we had was awkwardly laid out, noisy and dirty. Location is not so central for tourists but close to tram line
