Very friendly staff. Easy to find. If you come by bus c2 make sure you push the button on the bus so it stops right outside the front door. We would stay here again.

Excellent location, easy access to all attractive places in Florence! We've been lucky as the room was ready at 11:30 a.m. when we arrived. Very clean, all you need in the room. Even if we where the first room on the floor, close to Reception, not noisy at all.
We did not have breakfast, but on the next corner there is a great place where you can have whatever you want!
More a recommendation: to signalize better how to reach the hotel once you enter the building: there is a sign next to the main door (from the street), where it is written 1st floor, but if you don't read it fully, you can miss it :0).
