Easy place to stay for a night just outside the city center. Delicious breakfast. Strong air conditioning. Comfortable beds. Good value.

The location was excellent (20min walk from the Cathedral). The staff very helpful and attentive, so nice. Rooms were 20/20. The breakfast was delicious. They even offer sercies such as massages and spa
They don't have elevator nor help for the luggage (we didn't know that). Is one floor. The laundry room was around the corner (same place you do check in) and they have only one washer for both properties, So it is very difficult to catch the washer machine available.

The staff was incredibly helpful
The breakfast arrangement is very poor, we paid 10€ per day and got a simple coffee + pastry in a nearby Cafe. We even had some issues redeeming the voucher cards provided one of the days although the receptionist at Forte16 solved that promptly.
I think the value of this deal is very low.
Accommodation in Florence is pricey even during the low season. :(
