We loved everything! Words can’t describe how wonderful it was!

I shifted to FH55 Med Guesthouse after a 3day stay in a nearby hotel, I wish I stayed here from the beginning .
the Guest house is a part of residential old building,
the Guest house includes several rooms "small apartments , with common kitchenet and cooking area" all included" . very quite area, few meters away from the main hotel "walking distance" back side.
reception and restaurant are in the main hotel (Grand Hotel Mediterraneo Firenze FH55)
an excellent place to stay if you are a couple or a small family.
walking distance to the old town center "20 minutes walk" .
my apartment had living , toilet and kitchenette at the ground floor, then the main bedroom and cupboard "sleeping area" just a few steps upstairs.
easy check-in , easy Check-out ( leave the keys at the red box within the property).
Hospitable Staff, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
nothing , all as or exceed my expectations

Quiet and safe area; outdoor rooftop terrace and space to chill; comfortable beds, very clean room
Extremely small room, there wasn't even space for opening the luggage; the room was on a higher floor with no elevator; check in was two streets away; we could hear the other guests in the common areas; couldn't make the wifi work; a little far from the center

Location was good and accommodation itself had all the services we needed. The room was smaller then we expected but for a 1 night stay it was fine.
It was not clear that the key to the guest have to be collected from elsewhere. This added delay and frustration on arrival. Parking is no available, parking on street is possible at cost but its based on luck.
