Very spacious room and even a small walk in closet to store your luggage’s and clothes. On our first night there was a power outage in the guesthouse suspected due to some roadwork outside, we called the reception and they managed to set up a new room for us in their hotel to stay for the night. Luca was very helpful and even gave us a free breakfast voucher to compensate us for our troubles. The guesthouse is also near to the grocery store, good restaurants and bus stop to get to the main attractions.
There’s quite a few mosquitoes so keep your windows and doors closed. However there’s AC so your room won’t get too hot.

Really quiet area of Florence out the way of the big city but close to walk too nice neighbourhood surrounding with a lovely bakery next door the garden was beautiful and peaceful lovely to sit In the sun
The only issue we had was when arriving to the property there was lots of roadworks around which made navigation the first time difficult and would’ve perhaps have been nice to be informed before arrival that this was the case but other than that it was perfect and we quickly found our way around

Property was clean and provided free water and toiletries. The room was quiet and had a mini fridge. The location is a little out of the way but it isn’t a long walk to the nearest bus stop into town.
The room was small, and check in was at a different location so we weren’t sure which was our room at first as we found it by ourselves. We also had a strange issue with the bed. It must’ve been a twin room that was made into a double for us, and every time my partner turned over the ceiling light came on.

Love the location and the idea of having your own studio in Florence. Also the staff was super friendly so we had night expectations. The inner garden and the fact that your doors open into the inner garden is very cute. The bed was pretty comfortable.
I don’t know if it’s because it’s getting colder outside but the place smells like mold. We bought fragrance sticks and candles but it didn’t help at all.
There was something wrong with the ventilation system in the bathroom I think. There is a weird ticking noise which kept us awake at night. This in combination with the terrible smell and dust on the cabinets etc. kept us up at night while we were planning on having a chill getaway.
The photo’s definitely don’t represent reality as well.
