Wonderful stay!
We had a lovely stay at the hotel and were especially impressed by the wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
We had 3 rooms, and one of the rooms had an open shower. I wasn’t aware of this when booking, however, the staff went out of their way to help find a solution. They provided a sheet and a Japanese-style divider to help close off the shower area and give us some privacy. We really appreciated the effort they made to accommodate us.
Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choices and a great selection of both hot and cold food. There was something for everyone and more than enough variety each morning.
There was also a supermarket just around the corner, which was extremely convenient. The hotel had a lovely courtyard, and on the nights when we were too tired to go out after a long day of sightseeing, we could simply pick up some food from the supermarket and sit together in the courtyard. It was such a nice and relaxing option.
Overall, we had a great experience. The wonderful staff really stood out and made us feel very welcome. We would happily stay here again!
Open shower with no privacy isn't for everyone, especially if you are travelling with friends. However, they do have rooms that have a closed bathroom - we just got unlucky with one of the three rooms that had an open shower.

Great breakfast, good location for driving in to city, clean. Street parking was available. Only a short 20-25 minute walk to the Duomo.
Rooms were a bit noisy; walls felt thin. But this is common in these city hotels.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very nice.
The pillows were absolutly hard and horrible. We had headache everytime we woke up.
