The staff were excellent. They provided a lot of help, were very available. It was a nice riversides location with a great coffee shop nearby.
It was a little bit far out from central Florence, and parts were a little worn down.

Location was perfect for what I wanted.
Property was very clean. Very comfortable bed and not a noise from outside or other rooms could be heard.
Great staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
It was a shame that refurbishment was taking place during my stay but didn’t really distract from my enjoyment. Will be really good when completed.
