NEWLY RENOVATED – CONTEMPORARY 1/1 CONDO – BALCONY FACING OCEAN & POOL VIEWS A truly exceptional vacation experience awaits you at the Galvestonian, located on the East Beach of Galveston. The Galvestonian offers all the luxuries and amenities expected in hotel suites in a first class resort setting. This newly renovated, upscale, contemporary, one bedroom condo with a balcony is located perfectly on the 5th floor. It offers stunning views of the beach and the large landscaped pool & spa. The kitchen features updated counters, a gorgeous tile backsplash with top of the line electric appliances, including a convection oven. Nice cookware will inspire you to create gourmet meals. The floors throughout the condo are a lovely laminate wood with ocean-foam colored walls. The condo sleeps 2 people: a split king, adjustable bed in the master bedroom. (There is also a full size hide-a-bed sofa in the living room). There are two flat screen TVs located in the bedroom and the living area (Smart TV) with a DVD player. The beach, pool, hot tub, workout facility and tennis courts are simply an elevator ride away! The Galvestonian offers an array of amenities: Complementary beach/pool towels.The pool and jacuzzi hot tub are heated for year round enjoyment. Beachside picnic area with tables and BBQ pits are available with a front desk reservation. Exercise room includes full range of workout equipment Two tennis courts are available with a front desk reservation. Also additional amenities can be purchased directly from the Galvestonian; beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, and more. This one bedroom condo is very comfortable and peaceful. Come make new memories. Policies: - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The condo was a perfect place to stay during my visit to Galveston. It had great views and a quiet location. While it is away from the main stores/shop areas, it was close enough to easily get anywhere.

I have stayed at the Galvestonian many times over the years and have found the properties most enjoyable. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in this five star rated unit. I didn’t find the furniture comfortable in the living or dining area. The plastic stools and dining chairs were uncomfortable, and the dining table wobbles. The sofa was more comfortable, but only marginally. Fortunately, the bed was very comfortable and this made up for quite a bit. The kitchen is has most of the things you will need, but I wasn’t overly impressed with quality or extras. The dishwasher didn’t work and communicating with the manager while she tried to explain how to make it work it always failed and eventually a repair man was called, but the results of his investigation was not communicated to me and I had to contact the property manager to find out that the dishwasher couldn’t be repaired. This is not five star communication although the communication prior had been reasonable. I will return at the Galveston Inn in the future, but I will never stay in this unit again.
