Come Enjoy the Good Life! **We are located on Westbank first, Nations lands, and that’s not affected by the new short-term rental restrictions in British Columbia. It is business as usual! Our Suite: Our gorgeous 2 BR, 2 Bath suite is as comfy as it is luxurious! Featuring a quiet, private covered patio with views of Mission Hill, and Lake Okanagan. Come sit back, relax, and take in the views while barbecuing or having a morning coffee! The suite has a large comfortable living room area with sofa/sofa-bed, TV & extra chairs. There is also a small indoor dining table, a breakfast bar, as well as an eating area on the patio. The master bedroom features a comfy King bed, TV, dresser, en-suite, & walk-in closet. The en-suite includes a separate tub & shower, vanity, and toilet. The second guest room has a comfortable Queen-sized bed, closet, large windows, and is close to the second washroom. The second washroom features a stand-alone shower, vanity, laundry, and toilet. In Suite Amenities: High-speed WIFI, TV, FireStick with Netflix/Amazon Prime etc., individual A/C units in each bedroom, as well as a selection of board games. Fully equipped kitchen incl: stove/oven, full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig & regular coffee maker, dishes & silverware, cookware (pots, pans/utensils) and breakfast bar. Supplied: Towels, bedding & linens, paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, soap, salt & pepper, some spices, coffee for coffee makers, tea, dish/dishwasher detergents, laundry detergent & dryer sheets and a few cleaning supplies. The Complex: Copper Sky proudly boasts the following onsite amenities: Seasonal pools (mid-May until late September), Hot Tub, Fitness Centre, Games Room (with billiards, poker, ping pong, wet bar, poker table and more), change rooms, putting green, tennis court, pickleball court, basketball court, outdoor chess game, huge patio deck with loungers, sauna, steam room, meeting and lounging areas inside with games and activities areas and fireplaces. The Area: Conveniently located in West Kelowna, Copper Sky is close to everything! Highway 97 (the main traffic route to the south Okanagan and Kelowna) is literally a minute away; 15 mins to Kelowna, minutes to local beaches, minutes to the Wine Trail and the amazing West Kelowna Wineries (Mission Hill, Frind, Indigenous, Grizzly, Quail’s Gate, Volcanic Hills and many more), local golf courses, over 30+ local restaurants, Wal-Mart, Superstore, London Drugs and so much more! West Kelowna has all the services you would expect during your stay. Things to Note for Your Stay: A full list of rental rules is posted in each suite in the information binder. Guests must follow all posted rules in the amenity centre as well. The entire condo is available to you for your stay, & I am only a text away for any assistance you may require. All suites are non-smoking. We are located close to shopping, dining, wineries, golf, beaches, and only about 15 minutes from Kelowna. Close to everything you need. A car is recommended for your stay. Local transit and taxis are also available. Many local companies offer Wine Tours and will pick up at the complex. We are approximately 1/2 hour min. drive from/to the airport, 15 mins to DT Kelowna, 15 mins to Peachland, minutes to local beaches and golfing too! Plenty of restaurants (30+) and shopping in the area as well. Wal-Mart, London Drugs, Superstore, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Save On Foods are some of the bigger retail stores nearby. There may be potential for wildfire smoke in Summer. Any COVID protocols must be followed. Some amenities are seasonal only. Pool is open from mid-May, until the end of September. There is an underground parkade with elevator in each building. There is also free outdoor available parking in the overflow lot. We do not offer EV charging yet unfortunately, and guests are not allowed to plug into any electrical outlet on the property for charging purposes. Quiet time in the complex is 10 p.m. All guests must respect the other tenants in the building. Any unruly behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of your stay and a fine. We also require the names of all guest(s) who will be staying during your booking. Pool toys / floaties are not allowed at the pools.

Host is good and friendly. Property and the related facilities are good. We go swimming and enjoy sunshine in the club in which have gym room, sauna and steam. It’s excellent choice to stay.

Booked a week here with husband and 2 daughters. Wifi was great! Pool and hot tub are wonderful. This unit has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Location is great and it's located in a quiet area of West Kelowna. No problems with communication with Chris. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time. Nice patio to hang out on. Suite was great with two full bathrooms. Property manager/owner was very responsive and accommodating. Amenities were amazing! Would stay there again and probably will!.

We were there during us open tennis and basketball play off. No sport package to watch said events. If that isn’t a big deal to some guests then this property is lovely clean close to grocery stores and only 20 min to downtown Kelowna I would recommend

This condo at Copper Sky was very clean, nice neighborhood and close to beaches and wineries. Nice view of the lake from the patio. Check in & out was very easy, definitely would recommend this place.

I definitely recommend this place. Owner (Chris) was quick in responding and informative. Checking in and out was super easy. Had everything we needed (even all kitchen / condiment needs). Great view, great location in West Kelowna within 10 mins of wineries and lake. I would stay here again.

We spent 2 nights at this property. Chris, the owner, was very welcoming, explained everything in details, gave advice which cab service to use etc. The property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very comfortable for 4 people stay. Highly recommended!
