Price/comfort ratio absolutely great, would recommend

The room and bathroom are incredibly clean and nice, absolutly superb for the low price.

There has been a lot of noice during the night. Apart from some very loud compressor or something like that, which turned on periodically during the night there are other people who are making so much noice until 3AM and you can hear every single bit of it. Not a big deal, still a great comfort/price ratio, but maybe try some better sound isolation, the night was harsh!

Отель по удобству отличный, хороший вид, недалеко остановка, это достаточно удобно. Атмосфера как будто находишься дома, но только в отеле. Удобно, что все есть. Можно готовить себе еду

Not a very impressive stay which was adjusted last minute

The hotel rooms are very clean and excellent, we stayed for a day on 6th June which we liked very much ... The stay has a good kitchen and the hosts are extremely friendly and kind...they have kept our luggage for 4 days ... ( if you are staying please ask for the rooms in 2nd and 3rd floor which are excellent 👌)

I am not talking about the rooms .... We have been adjusted in their own house because of unavailability of the rooms ....my point is what's the whole point of booking a week in advance ..... If the rooms are full they should have notified us in advance and not after reaching the location..... The place adjusted for us was not even cleaned beforehand and the washroom was not Hygiene which was the worst part and not acceptable .... ( bed was good though)

Чистые номера и потрясающий вид!

Отличный отель, чистый приятный большой номер, удобный матрас, потрясающий вид на город с высоты! Есть парковка. Мы приезжали с собакой, никаких проблем не возникло (лучше заранее предупредить). Нас встретили, несмотря на то, что доехали поздно. Район тихий, расположен на холме, можно на террасе пить чай и смотреть на Тбилиси. Нам очень понравился данный отель!

Все великолепно! Отличный отель. Прекрасный вид, чистые, уютные номера со всем необходимым. Большая, хорошая общая кухня, стиральная машина, гладильная доска и утюг, Wi-Fi. В общем, сказка. Все удобства, придраться не к чему. Все очень гостеприимные, добрые и вежливые. В общем, рекомендую! 😊

Amazing

One of the hidden gems of Tbilisi. Red hotel is not located within City Center but it is on a mountain where you can sit in balcony and enjoy view of entire Tbilisi and not only that, the sun sets in mountains infront of you. It comes with all the facilities, Hot water, AC, heater, a Dinning table in common area. The host is also very nice.

The host doesn't speak English but one of their family person do. but you can totally use Google translate to communicate with them. avoid using Google maps because it might take you from a road with dead exit. Search for 10 Gvazauri I Ln. Once you are in that street. then serach for Red Hotel. It will lead you to directly to the property and Since it's Red hotel. The House is painted in red

Bad bad location!

It was clean and quiet.

The place is far from Tbilisi attractions. A huge downside to going there is its location that cannot be easily discovered even by navigation. The property lacks a name signage or even the number in its address and no signs that show poor travelers how to get there within the maize of streets. I found the place with the help of friendly locals that saw me struggling with some address from their house window. A serious warning to people who don't travel light: don't go there.

Very awful experience for me at this place

Amazing view from the balcony (not room balcony but like shared balcony). Lots of very nice cats around ready to give you all their love if you feed them (otherwise they don't care about you). Really big and very warm room. Very good pressure in the shower. And hot water is really hot.

1. Very very very loudly place with no soundproofing at all. I couldn't go sleep any early than 3 a.m. because other guests didn't sleep till late night and I heard how bad they don't sleep. That was like each night. 2. In the other room there was a parrot (sic!). Yes, a parrot lives in the place. And it makes very loud noises (like screams) every minute all day long. Very annoying. 3. It other room there is a family with a little baby. And the baby is crying sometimes as you guess. I have nothing against babies, just don't think that it's good idea to let family with a baby to live in a guest house for 10 mounths. 4. Lots of dogs were hanging out like in 10 meters from my window - there was like a spot for that dogs. And they barked all the time! Like at 8 a.m. or at 2 a.m. So it was like you go to sleep at 3 a.m. and wakeup at 8 a.m. because of that very loud barks. It wasn't like barks from faraway - it was barks of 3-5 dogs like in 10 meters right from your window (no metter if it closed or not - it was very loud and annoying eatherway). 5. There is a sewerage pipe right in the room under the bed (under its headside). I'm not kidding. When you sleep (or just lay down on the bed) there is like 40 cm between your ears and that sewerage pipe. Maybe for someone the feeling of sewage going next to his head is kind of relaxing experiens which helps to fall asleep but not for me. For me it's just disgusting feeling and noices. 6. When there was a problem with light in the room - I asked staff to fix it and they didn't care about my request for 3 days. So I had to ask them again and only after that they decided to fix it. 7. Hotel owner didn't give me a change of 5 GEL during check in. She told me that she don't have change and will give me 5 GEL later that day. And she didn't.

base on mars

if I compared this hotel with what you would get in europe for same money, i would rate it exceptional. but my absolute rating is 7 because there is still space for improvement. perfect view - city on front hill in the back. if you look at the hill you feel like in a base on the mars very magic environment. free washing machiene, mostly well equipped kitchen, friendly stuff - remains cool and polite even if you get angry, showers are perfect, room service works perfect if you want it, very traditional neighbourhood friendly simple people, shop and pharmacy close, central heating good, water pressure good

*fridge too full * buy a bottle opener for every room thats not that expensive for you *take more care about privacy and information security. there are guests who have sensitive buisness data with them. patents, inventioms, source code. if someone says he does not.want room service please respect it or offer to male the room service at a time where he is present. *take more care about security: install surveillance cameras of course only outside of the rooms!! to show the passport is not that important, cameras do the better job. *price can be theoretically lowered but its relatively good price.

Staff were welcoming at the beginning they contacted me earlier then they asked to be advance before reaching the hotel or else they will cancel the booking they were insisting that I didn't want to got there and plus the place is too far for city center
