I like how beautiful the property is and how quiet it was. The rooms are beautiful and spacious.
I didn’t like the shower it was water everywhere maybe the drain needs to be cleaned out. Food could be better.

The location was perfect — far enough away from the intensity and busyness of Ubud to feel peaceful and secluded, yet still close enough to easily enjoy everything the area has to offer.
The place itself was truly magical. The architecture and construction were absolutely beautiful, and the view from our room overlooking the forest was simply stunning. Every detail in the room was lovely, including the bathroom, and the beds were very comfortable.
The staff were always incredibly kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back again.

Just a small suggestion: it would be great to have a plant-based milk option available at the restaurants, as well as sweetener. Many international guests tend to use sweetener instead of sugar, so having these options would be a nice addition.

The grounds look just like the pictures. We had a Royal Villa and it was pretty.
The let down was comfort. Mattress, linens, pillows, and towels were all poor quality as was the soap and shampoo. Sometimes no pool towels and when they did, they were tiny and mismatched. It’s hard to enjoy a pool day sitting on hot vinyl loungers with tiny or no towels.
