Exceptional
Everything was perfect, It was a very beautiful apartment and it was easy to find, good parking but The only reason I booked this place was because I wanted to meet Bruno the dog and it was worth it.
There's nothing bad about this stay.

A great place to stay close to Bologna
The place was great - everything you could need was there. It's a very quiet place away from big streets, which was great and the outdoor area is fantastic just to sit and relax in. Bruno (the dog) was absolute adorable and kept us company, which we loved.
The place could've been a little cleaner (like the very far corners)... But I'm really a neat freak, so maybe that was just that. All in all we really have nothing bad to say about this place. It was great.

I liked the wide compound, green space, and the exposure to Nature. That was really mind refresher.
It is a bit outside the city of Bologna, and it's far from the bus stop.

Spacious modern apartment 15 mins from airport
We enjoyed our stay at Residenza Gavioli and were pleasantly surprised how large and spacious the apartment was. The cold bottle of Prosecco was a nice welcome. The host was friendly and welcoming. It was also clean and modern. It’s located about 15 min drive to the airport so was perfect for us to stay the night before we flew back.
No aircon in bedroom
