A very large and comfortable house for a family birthday stay. Perfect for relaxing, visiting local wineries and taking walks in the stunning grounds. Beds were comfy and the host was super attentive when we requested more firewood.
It was a little basic in terms of provisions. It would have been nice to have place mats for the dining table and paper napkins provided. Also no broom to sweep the floor and the vaccum did not work property. Some mould in the showers which need a good clean.

The tranquil setting was amazing. The guest house was spacious. Responsive hosts when smoke detector ran out of battery.
ill equipped with no basic necessities like milk, salt and pepper, shower gel, shampoo, ironing board
run down in need of maintenance with inconsistent hot water, low water pressure, shower needs cleaning, replacement knives/pots would be good
generally the house wasn’t incredibly clean - floors felt greasy, some dirty dishes
