Location - literally across the road from Krakow main train station; lift to all floors - we were on the 6th floor and it would have been next to impossible if the lift wasn't working; fully equipped kitchen, although we didn't use it much as stayed for 2 nights only; nice balcony with table and chairs - a delight if the weather is nice
We found it strange that there were no chairs in this apartment, the only chairs were metal ones on the balcony; it would have been nice if the doors to the bathroom and the bedroom were closing properly, it's a small thing to adjust but would make a world of difference; also, there was no bedside table and this was inconvenient, nowhere to put a glass of water and maybe painkillers if you need them in the middle of the night. And last but not least, it was a very strange shower with nowhere visible for the water to escape. At first I thought it was a decorative shower, but my husband explained how water escape could work there, but I wasn't too sure I wanted to experiment. We stayed in Krakow many times before in similar price range properties, and when reading property owner replies I didn't appreciate their sarcastic tone about the property price range as the reason. Things mentioned above should not be too difficult to fix. And until they are, we will be staying elsewhere on out next visits to Krakow

אנחנו מגיעים כל שנה לקומפלקס הזה, הפעם קיבלנו שירה נחמדה, המיקום נהדר 3 דקות הליכה מגלריה קרקובסקה ו8 דקות הליכה מהכיכר המרכזית. אביזרי המטבח היו מצויינים המיטה טובה ונוחה מרפסת נחמדה
אז ככה, הכניסה לדירה עמוסה בחומרי ניקוי בשתי עגלות נותן תחושה זולה, בנוסף כל יים יש שקים של כלי מיטה ומגבות מלוכלכות בכניסה למבועה לי זה פחות מתאים, בסלון אין שולחן ממש לא נוח והכריות ענקיות ולא נוחות

Apartamento con ubicación excelente. Justo enfrente está la estación central de tren, la de autobuses y un estupendo y práctico centro comercial con opciones para comer, incluidos los típicos buffet de comida al peso. Ofrecen "happy hour" con 50% de descuento a partir de las 20:30 h.
El equipamiento es muy completo y detallado y la limpieza es correcta. Tiene una decoración moderna y funcional. Es un alojamiento acogedor y atractivo.
El autocheckin es sencillo y las instrucciones son claras. La comunicación con el anfitrión es fluida y responde inmediatamente.
El apartamento 44 mira hacia la calle, por donde pasa el tranvía y numerosos vehículos. Otros apartamentos de este propietario creemos que tienen otra orientación. Las ventanas y puerta del balcón insonorizan bastante bien, pero en verano hace calor y es conveniente abrir para refrescar. No hay aire acondicionado, solo un pequeño ventilador. El ruido con la ventana abierta es significativo y puede ser un problema para personas con el sueño ligero. A mí me despertaron los ruidos a las 05:40 a.m.
Este apartamento, aunque coqueto, actual y decorado con buen gusto, necesita retoques de mantenimiento y una buena mano de pintura. El tapizado del sofá luce algo manchado. La ducha tiene poca presión de agua y cambia de temperatura constantemente sin tocar el grifo, la manecilla de la puerta de entrada está semi suelta, las puertas de los armarios empotrados balancean al abrir y cerrar como si fuesen a desencajarse, etc. Ninguna de estas cosas representan un problema serio, pero son detalles que deberían ser solucionados.

Location of the property is very convenient, good wifi and the temperature was comfortable, the instructions for collections were straight forward and easy to follow.
the property was quite tired looking the furniture was stained, some food/items were left from pervious renters, the shower water pressure was not great and the shower encloser leaked and the water was going everywhere, information about the return of the key should be added to make it easier to follow
