Would have been perfect if we could have been on the ground floor. L

Location great. Facility was well maintained and clean. Owners pleasant and understanding.

We requested no stairs and were not informed all rooms were upstairs. The owner didn’t notice our request. We had to cancel the rest of our stay because the stairs were too much for us to handle.

Attention description mensongère

Le lit était confortable et la chambre était grande.

La description est mensongère, il y a écrit qu'il y a une cuisine dans la chambre alors que la cuisine est partagée avec les autres chambres. Ce n'est pas du tout une chambre d'hôte, c'est plutôt comme une auberge de jeunesse avec d'autres chambres louées. Il y avait en plus une caméra qui filme l'entrée et une autre qui filme l'espace cuisine et salon commun, c'était très malaisant et ce n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce. Il est demandé d'enlever les chaussures à l'entrée alors que le sol est sale. Ce n'est pas vraiment un petit déjeuner qui est proposé..

Comfortable private room with shared bathroom.

When I arrived, I used the code they gave me to get into the house, and my individual room key was left in my room, along with towels. The room had comfortable bed and pillows. I requested an extra blanket and it was left on my bed when I returned to the house. There's a desk and closet in the room. Carpet was plush, room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Shampoo and hand soap was in the bathroom. There was a toaster in the kitchen. The other guest(s) were very quiet. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a convenient location. There's a spacious shared living room with soft lighting and a 4-person table near the kitchen. A sign near the door told guests to take off their shoes upon entering the house. There were a handful of parking spaces by the house.

The kitchen had very little food available: Sugar cereal, peanut butter, bread, coffee, instant oatmeal, juice, a few other things. I found a toaster in the cupboard. There were several guest rooms in the house. During my stay, it seemed that only one other room was occupied. If all of the rooms had been occupied, it may have been difficult to use the bathroom when I needed it.

The breakfast was a joke. No actual kitchen utensils. Just Styrofoam. Yuck.

Great accommodations for non-cooking guest

Location was great for me on my road-trip, really easy to find off the freeway. Room was excellent, spacious nice that it has its own attached bath. Bed was very comfortable. Liked that there were lamps in there since I don’t like overhead lighting.

Luckily I had camping kitchen supplies otherwise I would have had to cook with one very small pot for my daughter and I. Some basic kitchenware would have been nice. And a non sugary breakfast option would have been appreciated as well.

Great location close to the highway and near stores and restaurants. Big, nice room with very comfortable bed.

great place and location, would use again but would ask that cleaning of rooms and vacuuming and knocking wait until af

nice and clean

check out is at 11, I had been given a late checkout at 12 but by 8:30 am there was vacuuming going on outside our door and someone kept knocking to see if we were in there. This house has several rooms that are being rented out. I didn’t realize that going into it but it was fine and we felt safe.

The “home” feel. The comfortable bed. The privacy. The good people that were also staying there

If the bathroom fan wouldn’t turn on when the light turned on then I wouldn’t have to worry about making too much noise for the other guests. Not a big deal.

Was cheapest thing available and barely good enough.

The bathroom and shower in room 11 was large and very nice.

It's a house with the bedrooms converted to individual units, with nobody on site and strangers next door, with flimsy doors. The room layout is odd and rather minimal. Zero character.

Location, easy directions. Easy check in. Relatively quiet

I didn't realize I was renting one room in a house. It is hostel type setup but individual bathrooms which is great. I didn't read the description fully.

Pleasant

It was close to major roads making direct travel to various destinations easy.

There wasn't any cookware to use the kitchen. My shoes were stolen. We were accused of being loud, disruptive, and moving items around in the house. When we actually were sleeping and not even awake during the time we were supposed to be inconsiderate.

Exceptional

Amenities were great, communication with hosts was great although I did get a spam text asking for my card information prior to check-in. However, I was able to call the number on the listing and get it sorted out prior to our stay. Otherwise, everything was great!

Disappointing

Not much! Terrible experience ! Drove all day, 👎 no body at the guest house! Very stressful trying to get help, especially when no one spoke English, tried to call but unfortunately I don't understand Spanish. The TV doesn't work and we have no control over room temperatures. We had blankets with us which really helped!!

Great location. Nice facilities.

Don't think the floor had been vacumned in a while. The only choice for the continental breakfast was fruitloops, juice, milk and a couple of dried out cookies.

Good location and a bet nice place to stay.

It was in a good location and was a very nice and clean property.

Somehow I missed that the rooms were rented out separately so we were not there by ourselves. we had our own room and bathroom which was nice.

for the most part ok…a few upgrades and I would rate the property a 10

property was very clean ! But carpets need cleaning. better sound proof doors needed in bedrooms. you could hear every noise other renters were making, every conversation of neighbors…making it hard to sleep

no quiet hours posted, only posted for laundry room. other room renters were loud until 1am. my room & bathroom very clean, but carpets need cleaning. previous renters must have had pets. My asthma and allergies kept me awake, as a result of pet dander in carpet and under the bed.
